Stage D - Design Development

Development of the concept into detailed designs suitable for planning application submission.

Stage E - Technical Design

Preparation of technical designs and specifications with particular attention given to the material choice, workmanship and construction in consideration of the statutory standards and construction safety.

Stage F - Production Information

Preparation of working drawings and other details for construction and tendering requirements, including building regulation’s documents preparation and submission.

Stage H - L Tender to Practical Completion

Identification of suitable contractor for the work, site handover and administration of the building contract to completion.
